Obstinate Cold Syndrome 
 ✵Obstinate cold syndrome and accumulated heat normally means the obstinate cold syndrome and the accumulated heat syndrome.

 ✵The obstinate cold syndrome is mainly due to cold pathogen hidden internally for a long period, and stagnant in the intestines and stomach, Yang Qi is depressed, and mainly affect the heart and abdomen;

 ✵The accumulated heat syndrome is mainly due to heat or fire pathogen accumulated and stagnant internally, due to various reasons, mainly affect the five-Zang and six-Fu viscera.

Common syndromes of obstinate cold and accumulated heat.
Accumulated Heat Syndrome 
 ✦The common syndromes of obstinate cold and accumulated heat are introduced as:

 ✧Obstinate cold syndrome, accumulation internally;  

 ✧Cold pathogen accumulated below the heart and tight, vomit and Qi counter flow, cold diet could not be digested, Qi injury due to cold affection in the morning or at night;  

 ✧Obstinate cold, wind dizziness and cold internally, cold limbs(feel cold in hands and feet), cold in stomach, cold below bellybutton, consumption and taxation;  

 ✧Obstinate cold, affect the heart(chest) and abdomen, could not be relieved with many recipes;  

 ✧Obstinate cold, cold pathogen attack counter flow upward;  

 ✧Fullness in chest and Qi inside, cold in heart and abdomen;  

 ✧Weakness and emaciation, Qi exhaustion;  

 ✧Chronic cold condition, no appetite(do not want to take food), Pi Yin(ancient syndrome name, water retention below the costal regions) over tens of years;  

 ✧Great cold and pain in heart(chest) and hypochondria regions, vomit, no appetite(could not take food), in swallowing food self knowing it flow down from one side, sounding, cold pathogen counter flow upward, pain at upper and lower regions;                      

 ✧Cold hernia, cunkou pulse string-like and tight, string-like means Wei Qi not circulate, and aversion to cold, tight means No appetite(do not want to take food), result lead to cold hernia. In conditions thin person pain around belly button, there should be wind cold pathogen internally, grain Qi(Ying Qi) not circulate but used discharge method, its Qi must counter flow, if not counter flow, epigastric oppression(oppression below the heart);  

 ✧Cold hernia, pain in abdomen, cold limbs, numbness of hands and feet, sever conditions pain whole body;  

 ✧Accumulated heat, in stomach, could not be eliminated after febrile disease, vexation and oppression, dry mouth and thirst;  

 ✧Five heart heat(heat in five-Zang viscera), vexation pain in limbs(irritable pain in hands and feet), dry mouth and dry lips, heat in chest;  

 ✧Heat hosted and accumulated in chest, vexation and full below the heart, Qi counter flow upward, difficulty in urination and defecation;  

 ✧Qi binding in chest, heat in stomach, vomit after taken food or drink water, thirst;  

 ✧Heat accumulated, dysphoria with smother sensation(irritable heat) in the palm region of hands and feet, similar as fire;  

 ✧Accumulated heat, bone steaming, emaciation and thin, vexation and oppression, short of breath, panting and nose opening, attack once sunset;
