Qi accumulation:introduction of pathological reasons,syndrome differentiation and common syndromes.

: ✵Traditional Chinese medicine has been used for thousands of years. Through thousands of years of practice, it has been proved that Chinese medicine is effective and feasible in treating diseases, preventing diseases and maintaining health. The treatment of diseases with traditional Chinese medicine has saved countless lives. The treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine is macro and comprehensive.

The theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine is derived from and guided by long-term clinical practice. Through the analysis of the phenomenon, the internal mechanism is explored. Therefore, this unique theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine has two basic characteristics, one is the overall-concept, the other is the dialectical treatment.

Qi Accumulation.: ✵Qi accumulation: the Qi accumulation is normally known as Ji Qi, mainly due to seven types of Qi, cold Qi pathogen, heat Qi pathogen, anger Qi pathogen, resentment Qi pathogen, happy Qi pathogen, sorrow Qi pathogen, worry Qi pathogen, these pathogens accumulated and stagnant turn hard and big, hard like a cup and affect the region below the heart and in abdomen, acute pain, no appetite(could not take food), attack regularly, serious and unbearable. In the condition the cold pathogen attack, symptoms vomit belch and nausea; in the condition the heat pathogen attack, symptoms oppression in the chest; in the condition the anger Qi pathogen attack, the up flowing Qi unbearable, heat pain attack the heart, short of breath and desire to die, can not breathe; in the condition the resentment Qi pathogen, accumulation below the heart, no appetite(could not take food); in the condition the happy Qi affection, symptoms could not walk fast, could not stand for long period; in the condition the sorrow Qi pathogen attack, symptoms could not stay in leisure, uneasy in sleep at night; in the condition the worry Qi pathogen attack, symptoms amnesia(easy to forget), could not know speech from others, put things around and forget where it should be placed back, in acute case edema in limbs(edema and swelling in arms legs) and spasm in hands and feet, could not lift up. These are from the seven emotions of affection, man is affected by improper diet and drink, a woman is affected mainly from wind syndromes of postpartum. In general, the Ji Qi syndrome of seven emotions is mainly related to seven emotions.

Common Syndromes of Qi Accumulation.: ✦The common syndromes of Qi accumulation are introduced as:

✧Qi accumulation, due to cold Qi pathogen, symptoms vomit belch and nausea;

✧Qi accumulation, due to heat Qi pathogen, symptoms dizziness and vertigo, loss sperm or consumption of essence;

✧Qi accumulation, due to anger Qi pathogen, symptoms the up flowing Qi unbearable, heat pain attack the heart, short of breath and desire to die, can not breathe;

✧Qi accumulation, due to resentment Qi pathogen, accumulation below the heart, no appetite(could not take food);

✧Qi accumulation, due to the happy Qi affection, symptoms could not walk fast, could not stand for long period;

✧Qi accumulation, due to the sorrow Qi pathogen attack, symptoms could not stay in leisure, uneasy in sleep at night;

✧Qi accumulation, due to the worry Qi pathogen attack, symptoms looks similar as angry in normal life, amnesia(easy to forget), could not know speech from others, put things around and forget where it should be placed back, in acute case edema in limbs(edema and swelling in arms legs) and spasm in hands and feet, could not lift up;

✧Qi accumulation, due to sorry sorrow taxation cold heat and worry Qi pathogen, or improper diet dysphagia, or internal hurt from consumption or taxation, disorder of five-Zang viscera, Qi deficiency and lack in strength;

✧Qi counterflow upward, due to deficiency and cold, consumption or taxation;

✧Qi accumulation, mainly due to dysphagia from sorrow, Qi, diet, drink, consumption, thinking worry anxiety, attack when take cold food or raw vegetables, symptoms suffering from fullness in the heart, can not breathe(gasp or panting), pain in the chest and radiating to the back prickling, hard mass and big below the heart, pain and want to vomit, relieved once vomit out, food could not be swallowed, in severe conditions cold in hands and limbs, abnormal rising of Qi and cough, panting(gasp for breath) and short of breath;

✧Qi accumulation, cold pathogen affection, accumulated below the costal region, foot Qi uprising into the lower abdomen, distension and fullness in the abdomen;

✧Qi accumulation and Shan Jia(ancient syndrome name, mainly due to wind heat pathogen binding with dampness and lead to heat and pain in lower abdomen, urine with white sticky liquid; or due to wind cold pathogen binding, abdominal swelling, pain in abdomen and radiating to low back and back regions.), phlegm retention, swelling and fullness in heart and abdomen, uprising of Qi and cough, wind affection, pain in low back and cold in knees, Qi blocking;

✧Qi accumulation, blocking from upper to lower, can not breathe;

✧Qi excess and similar as accumulation mass, no appetite and short of breath(could not take food, panting or gasp);

✧Qi accumulation for years, attack regularly, colic pain in heart and abdomen, suddenly lost breath, hard and mass in abdomen, might be misdiagnosed as Gu(venomous insect);

✧Adverse rising Qi, fullness in abdomen and heart, rising of Qi, pain in chest and hypochondria, cold, pain in heart and abdomen, vomit retch and spit out, no appetite(could not take food or do not want to take food), sorry emotion accumulation;

✧Adverse rising Qi, vexation fullness in the heart, oppression Qi and disorder, uprising of Qi;

✧Rising Qi, chocking and obstacles in throat(pharynx and larynx), short of breath and could not sleep, pain in low back and back, fullness in chest, no appetite(could not take food or no desire to take food), sallow complexion(looks yellow withered);

✧Rising Qi, pulse floating and cough, water sounding in throat, gasp or panting(short of breath or breath obstacles), breath last or will expire;

✧Rising of great Qi(vitality), various sufferings in the chest and diaphragm, oppression and fullness of attack, short of breath and could not sleep, in severe case desire to die, cold dampness accumulated in abdomen, borborygmus(bowel sounds) and Qi accumulation;

✧Qi accumulation, fullness and oppression in the chest;

✧Qi accumulation, fullness and abdomen distention;

✧Qi accumulation, fullness and pain in bilateral hypochondria, wind cold;

✧Qi accumulation, fullness and obstacle stagnant, no appetite(could not take food, or do not want to take food), panting(gasp, short of breath);

✧Rising of Qi, cough;

✧Rising of Qi, could not sleep;

✧Heat affection, rising of Qi, can not breathe, desire to die, could not sleep;

✧Rising of Qi, seasonable heat pathogen invading;

✧Fullness due to wind deficiency, full in chest and hypochondria, deficiency and cold in urinary bladder, rising of Qi affect the lung, rising of Qi upward, oppression and blocking in the throat;

✧Qi accumulation, due to consumption or taxation;

✧Rising of Qi over years, short of breath and suffering, life in danger;

✧Rising of Qi, Qi deficiency and counter flow upward;

✧Qi accumulation due to five consumption and endogenous seven emotional injury;

✧Lung injury, diarrhea and cough, easy to pavor or fear, could not move, tendons weak and could not walk to far distance, knees are soft and could not stand for long period, sweating and dryness in nose, lack in Qi and alternating happy sorrow, acute pain below the heart, pain radiating into the chest, uneasy in sleeping, many dreams, alternate attack of chill and fever(cold and fever alternating), red yellow urine, eyes could not see far distance, spit blood;

✧Qi accumulation and deficiency, lung lack strength or powerless;

✧Qi accumulation and deficiency, affected by cold pathogen, short of breath;

✧Qi accumulation and deficiency, due to consumption from read aloud for long period, sleepy and fatigue exhausted(weary);

✧Qi accumulation and deficiency, due to much intercourse and young age, short of breath;

✧Qi deficiency, and short of breath;
