Through thousands of years of practice, it has been proved that Chinese medicine is effective and feasible in treating diseases, preventing diseases and maintaining health. The treatment of diseases with traditional Chinese medicine has saved countless lives. The treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine is macro and comprehensive.

The theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine is derived from and guided by long-term clinical practice. Through the analysis of the phenomenon, the internal mechanism is explored. Therefore, this unique theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine has two basic characteristics, one is the overall-concept, the other is the dialectical treatment.

Middle Qi Collapse.
Middle Qi Collapse
✵The Middle Qi Collapse: the Middle Qi Collapse, is also known as sinking of the Middle Qi, it is a syndrome from the deficiency of the spleen, resulting in relaxation of muscle and vessel, and prolapse of the viscera. Mainly due to diet, fatigue hurt the spleen, or long illness hurt the spleen, Spleen Qi deficiency, Spleen Yang deficiency, and collapse, lost rising.

Main manifestations: abdominal distension and heaviness or dropping, turn severe when intake some food; Or desire to defecate frequency, dropping and heavy at anus region; Or firstly long dysentery or diarrhea and unstoppable, even prolapse of the anus; Or uterine prolapse; Or urine is cloudy and similar to rice pulp water; Accompanied by dizziness and dazzling, limb tired heavy(heavy in arms and legs, weariness), low voice and lazy in speech, tongue coating white, pulse weak.

✵Pathogenesis analysis: deficiency of the spleen Qi and decline, dysfunction of its transportation and transformation, internal viscera could not be provided with the essence of Qi and blood, so that the viscera Qi deficiency and decline, weakness in lifting and prolapse, such as uterine prolapse, gastroptosis. Gastroptosis, thus abdominal distension and heaviness or dropping, more serious after taking food, more uncomfortable in the abdomen region. The middle Qi collapse, so that desire to defecate frequently, heavy in anus regions, or long dysentery or diarrhea, anus out. The spleen is main for generating and transporting essence, the spleen deficiency result that essence could not spread and transported, so it flows down to the urinary bladder, result urine is cloudy as rice water pulp. The spleen is deficient and the clear Yang not rising, then feel dizzy and dazzled. The middle Qi is insufficient, the result sees limb heavy and tired, voice low and lazy in speech. Pale tongue and tongue coating white, pulse weak, are all symptoms of the spleen deficiency.

✵Identification and differentiation from similar syndromes: the middle Qi collapse is a kind of syndromes which is similar to the spleen deficiency. Its similar symptoms etc could also refer to the spleen deficiency syndrome.
