Account Setup:Will it need a membership fee to set up an account?
Answer: No! You do not need to pay any membership fee for account setup. Your account will be manually set up by herbalist.
To better help our clientele and ensure efficient response times for the clientele already in the service procedure and assigned sequence. If you are not ready to consult about a condition or service very recently, we can also help you set up an account so that you can consult about it later.
Account Setup:What contact information is needed for an account set up?
Answer: Sending your contact information is usually necessary for creating an account for you:
Your Title (Ms.,Mrs.,Mr.,Prof.,etc) and Name: E.g.: Ms.Amy Louise. or Mr.Ben Swedenborg.
Email address: E.g.: tom@abc.com
Address: PO box address (or physical address).
City name (or County、Town、Village): Post Code (Zip Code):State (Region/Province): Country (or Region):Phone Number: (*Optional) A brief self-introduction: A brief self-introduction explains briefly what you do and what others need to know about you, as well as a self-description of your health problems (uncomfortableness or ailment), beauty needs, etc.
Account Activation:How long does it take to activate my account?
Answer: Once your contact details and the self-description of your condition are received, you will need to answer some related questions from herbalist, your account will be set up by our herbalist manually (for a related guide, you can read on What information do I need to provide in consulting?). The activation speed varies according to the completeness (and correctness) of the information necessary to set up an account for you, which means:
In case you provide correct and complete contact information, and related questions are answered, it normally takes up to 10 minutes to 1 day for an account setup; Or
In a rare case the contact information provided is not correct (or not complete, or in apparent mistakes, etc.), the account setup procedure will be put in a pending status, follow up manually verification and more time is needed for your account set up, a verification fee of 5.00 $ per time will be collected from your side.
Account Lock:How to get my account locked for better security?
Answer: Account lock or not lock is an optional choice for our clients, which means it is not a necessary option for your account; lock or not lock depends on your own choice. But if you choose to set your account to locked, the account lock setting will provide an extra layer of security protection on your account. To get your account locked, you need to provide a little more information for setting.
[a]. You can choose to provide a "cipher" as your account key: Your "cipher" should be a code that you will remember (3~8 digits or 3-8 letters, or 3-8 combination of digits and letters, not necessarily your real birthday), and you will use it to unlock your account for account updates. Or,
[b]. You may also choose to set a "security question-answer" as your account key: Your "security question-answer" should be a question and an answer pair that you will remember (You can just remember the answer.), and you will use it to unlock your account for account updates.
Once your account setup and your account locked, it is important that you don't forget your account key (the "cipher" or "security question-answer") because if you forget it, you'll need to submit a forgotten account key request, and we will need to verify whether or not you are the actual account owner to ensure the security of your account before handling your account update request.
The account lock procedure is an extra layer of protection for our client's account, with the account lock and account key setting, it provides an extra layer of protection on our client's account information and makes sure the account update request could only come from the account owner, protects the account ownership of our clients from hijacking, or prevents an irrelevant third party from using your account for consulting services in your name.
To update your account information, you'll need to provide your account key (the cipher or security answer) for account ownership verification and unlock your account.
If you choose not to lock your account, its account security level is not as good as getting your account locked, and you will not need to unlock it before updating your account information.
Account Update Guide:How to update a new email address for my account?
Answer: In the case you are using a new email address and need to update email information bundled with your account, simply do the following:
1st step: If your account is locked, before we can update your account information with tcmfans.club, you'll need to provide your account key (the birthday or security answer) for account ownership verification and unlock your account first. Or, if your account was not locked, you can skip this step and go to the 2nd step directly.
2nd step: Make sure you still access your old email address. Contact us with your new email address with the subject "My account email update." To protect the Privacy of our clients, an email with title "account security authentication PIN code" will be sent to your old email address.
3rd step: Once you receive the account security authentication email > Write to us an email with the below content:
(1). Your new email address and other details of Your Contact information (if any changes).
(2).The authentication PIN code you received for account verification.
Once your update email request is received and account security is verified successfully, your new email address information will be updated. A confirmation email with the title "account email update success" will be sent to your email address. If your account was locked before the update, your account at tcmfans.club will be locked again after the update!
Account Update Guide:How to update my billing information?
Answer: In the case you need to update your billing information, simply do the following:
1st step: If your account is locked, before we can update your account information with tcmfans.club, you'll need to provide your account key (the birthday or security answer) for account ownership verification and unlock your account. Or, if your account was not locked, you can go to the 2nd step directly.
2nd step: Contact us with your new billing information before your next bill payment. > Write to us an email with the below content:
(1).Your Name.
(2).Your new billing information.
Once your email is received, your new billing information will be updated. A confirmation email with the title "account billing information update success" will be sent to your email address. If your account was locked before the update, your account at tcmfans.club will be locked again after the update!
Account Cancel Guide:How to cancel my account?
Answer: We will never try to cancel the client's account on the condition that the client does not violate the TOS or AUP. In other cases you would like to cancel your account, Pls simply do the following:
1st step: If your account is locked, before we can go on to cancel your account with tcmfans.club, you'll need to provide your account key (the birthday or security answer) for account ownership verification and unlock your account first. Or, if your account was not locked, you can skip this step and go to the 2nd step directly.
2nd step: Make sure you still access to your email address. Contact us and write an email with the subject "My account cancel request." To protect the Privacy of our clients, an email with title account security authentication PIN code will be sent to your email address.
3rd step: Once you receive the account security authentication email > Write to us an email with the below content:
(1).Your contact information.
(2).The authentication PIN code you received for account verification.
(3).The reason for your account cancellation request [*Optional: We respect the individual right of freedom of choice; the reason is optional, which means there is no reason needed for you to cancel your account voluntarily, but if you would like to write a reason, it is welcomed too.].
Once your account cancelation email request is received and account security verified successfully, your account cancellation request will be cautiously processed. After that, your account information will be completely deleted from the safe recording and retrieval lists; a confirmation email with the title "account cancellation success" will be sent to your email!
