Account Setup: Will it need a membership fee to set up an account?
Answer: No! You do not need to pay any membership fee for account setup. Your account will be manually set up by our herbalist.
To better help our clientele and ensure efficient response times for the clientele already in the service procedure and assigned sequence, if you are not ready to consult about a condition or service very recently, we can also help you set up an account so that you can consult about it later.
Account Setup: What contact information is needed for an account set up?
Answer: Sending your contact information is usually necessary for creating an account for you:
Your Title (Ms., Mrs., Mr., Prof., etc.) and Name: E.g.: Ms.Amy Louise. or Mr.Ben.
Email address: E.g.: tom@abc.com
Address: PO box address (or physical address).
City name (or County, Town, Village): Post Code (Zip Code):State (Region/Province): Country (or Region):Phone Number: (*Optional) A brief self-introduction: A brief self-introduction explains briefly what you do and what others need to know about you, as well as a self-description of your health problems (discomfort or ailment), beauty needs, etc.
Account Activation: How long does it take to activate my account?
Answer: Once your contact details and the self-description of your condition are received, you will need to answer some related questions from our herbalist. If our herbalist would like to help you, your account will be set up by our herbalist manually (for a related guide, you can read What information do I need to provide in consulting？). The activation speed varies according to the completeness (and correctness) of the information necessary to set up an account for you, which means:
In case you provide correct and complete contact information, and related questions are answered, it normally takes up to 10 minutes to 1 day for an account setup; or
In rare cases where the contact information provided is incorrect (or incomplete, or contains apparent mistakes, etc.), the account setup procedure will be placed on hold pending manual verification, and additional time will be required for your account setup. A verification fee of $5.00 per attemp will be collected from your side.
Account Lock: How to get my account locked for better security?
Answer: Whether to lock your account is an optional choice for our clients, meaning it is not a mandatory requirement (not a necessary option for your account). The decision to lock or not lock depends entirely on your preference. However, if you choose to set your account to locked status, this setting will provide an extra layer of security protection. To enable account locking, you need to provide a little more information for setup.
[a] You can choose to provide a "cipher" as your account key: Your "cipher" should be a code that you will remember (3~8 digits or 3-8 letters, or a 3-8 combination of digits and letters; it does not have to be your real birthday). You will use it to unlock your account when making updates.
[b] Alternatively, you may choose to set a "security question-answer" as your account key: This should be a question-and-answer pair that you can remember (you only need to remember the answer). You will use this to unlock your account for updates.
Once your account set up and locked, it is important that you do not forget your account key (either the "cipher" or the "security question-answer"). If you forget it, you will need to submit a forgotten account key request, and we will verify whether you are the actual account owner to ensure your account's security before processing any update requests.
The account lock procedure provides an additional layer of protection for our client's account. With account lock and key settings in place, it entures that account update requests can only come from the legitimate account owner, protecting the account ownership of our clients against hijacking and preventing unauthorized third parties from using your account for consulting services in your name.
To update your account information, you'll need to provide your account key (the cipher or security answer) for account ownership verification and to unlock your account.
If you choose not to lock your account, its account security level will be lower than if it were locked, and you will not need to unlock it before updating your account information.

Answer: If you are using a new email address and need to update email information associated with your account, please follow these steps:
1st step: If your account is locked, before we can update your account information with tcmfans.club, you must provide your account key (the cipher or security answer) for ownership verification and unlock your account. If your account is not locked, you can skip this step and process directly to step 2.
2nd step: Ensure you still have access your old email address. Contact us using your new email address with the subject line: "My account email update." To protect the privacy of our clients, an email with title "Account Security Authentication PIN Code" will be sent to your old email address.
3rd step: After receiving the authentication email, reply to us with the following content:
(1) Your new email address and other updated details of your contact information (if any changes).
(2) The authentication PIN code you received for verification.
Once your email update request is received and account security is successfully verified, your new email address will be updated. A confirmation email titled "Account Email Update Success" will be sent to your email address. If your account was locked prior to the update, it will be locked again after the update!

Answer: In the case that you need to update your billing information, simply follow these steps:
1st step: If your account is locked, before we can update your account information with tcmfans.club, you'll need to provide your account key (the cipher or security answer) for account ownership verification and unlock your account. If your account is not locked, you can proceed directly to step 2.
2nd step: Contact us with your new billing information before your next bill payment. Please send an email containing the following:
(1) Your name.
(2) Your new billing information.
Once your email is received, your new billing information will be updated. A confirmation email with the subject "Account Billing Information Update Success" will be sent to your email address. If your account was locked prior to the update, it will be locked again after the update.
Account Cancel Guide: How to cancel my account?
Answer: We will never atempt to cancel a client's account as long as the client does not violate the Terms of Service (TOS) or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). In cases where you wish to cancel your account, please follow these steps:
1st step: If your account is locked, before we can process with cancellation, you must provide your account key (the cipher or security answer) for account ownership verification and unlock your account. If your account is not locked, skip this step and proceed directly to step 2.
2nd step: Ensure you still have access to your email address. Contact us and write an email titled "My Account Cancel Request." To protect the Privacy of our clients, an email with the subject "Account Security Authentication PIN Code" will be sent to your registered email address.
3rd step: After receiving the authentication email, reply to us with the following:

(2) The authentication PIN code you received for verification.
